任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 本科及以上学历，同时主修机电或相关工程类专业背景；
2. 有电气维修调试方面的经验，能调整PLC系统参数的能力
3. 有液压/气动方面的知识，能阅读和理解液压/气动图纸。
4. 能根据公司的业务需求灵活的调整工作时间或工作岗位；
5. 根据公司业务需要接受上海工厂以外的临时工作；
6. 经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司方针及相关专业技术；
7. 拥有与各相关部门同事良好的沟通能力
8. 英语沟通能力良好，能熟练阅读英语手册和作业指导书；
9. 协助主管贯彻本部门内部的质量管理目标；
10. 工作中培训和指导调试技术员；


Job Requirement
1. Bachelor or above graduate with major in Mechanics, electrical or related engineering background
2. Experience in electrical and understand PLC controller system parameter adjustment.
3. Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge is a must; Ability to reading and understanding hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
4. Accept job position or time change according to company business;
5. Be willing for temporary work at outside of shanghai plant;
6. Apply ENGEL policy and professional know how well in getting relevant training;
7. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and other departments;
8. Perfectly skill in English express capability;
9. Support supervisor to implement quality management system.
10. Give training and coaching to startup technician during working.
