    工作职责:

    1 Analysis of market for parts and services
    1.1 Develop and manage customer relations by communication and customer visits
    1.2 Analyze customer service/parts’ needs
    1.3 Analyze customers’ sourcing channels and price expectations
    1.4 Analyze local alternatives to Engel products and develop strategies to gain market share
    1.5 Develop new service/parts products or product bundles as additional revenue stream
    1.6 Collect customers’ ideas to improve existing and to develop new CSD products
    1.7 Work with local subsidiary Manager Parts and Service as well as ENGEL Austria to permanently further develop products, tools to promote CSD products and improve after sales processes
    1.8 Participate in the overall budget plan
    2 Sales promotion
    2.1 Appearance as a competent contact person for all sales topics of CSD products
    2.2 Products promotion (fairs, service workshops, active selling to customers)
    2.3 Detailed internal and external explanation of ENGEL CSD products
    2.4 Engel internal communication (BD in EA, machine sales, CSD parts and service coordinator, training, processing)
    2.5 Quotation/order follow-up for key projects with customers
    2.6 Support sales boost for target products
    2.7 Work with local service organization to provide the required support on all levels
    2.8 Actively prepare CSD products’ proposals, discuss and negotiate those with customers
    3 Improve customer satisfaction
    3.1 Support coordination of customer complaints and claims for CSD products
    3.2 Be a partner for local machine sales in case of CSD product issues (Engel care, Flomo, Protect, Plast, …)
    3.3 Escalation of delays for finding a solution and if particularly required by the customer communication of solutions to the customer
    3.4 Conduct surveys of customer satisfaction
    3.5 Develop measures to increase customer satisfaction
    3.6 Support the development process of local organization and products by providing proactive feedback from the market


    任职资格:

    1. Several years with technical experience
    2. Experience in sales
    3. Good English or German (for regular BD-communication / meetings)
    4. Good understanding of KPI’s
    5. Good communication and negotiating skills
    6. Intercultural understanding/global thinking
    7. Open and innovative
    8. Flexibility and willingness to travel (60-70% field activity)
    9. Persistent
    10. Willing to work on a permanent improvement process with a global team
