工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 操作人员按与生产计划相对应的图号、零件代号、对应加工机床、对应日期的程序以及与程序对应的刀具号，安装图等信息进行生产加工；
2. 做好交接班，生产数据记录统一集中管理；
3. 及时地对机床的加工进行监控及工艺过程常规问题诊断；
4. 负责加工检查、生产记录和归档等工作，确保产量和质量目标的实现；
5. 与加工相关的上游/下游工作，（如下一个工件的加工程序是否到位等）领导交办的临时工作；
6. 为新产品试制提供必要条件；
7. 现场5S维护；
8. 完成上级委派的其他工作。


Job Description/Responsibility
1. Get right drawing number and verified production information to make parts;
2. Do well for shift exchange records and production data records and maintenance;
3. To make sure machine tool operation smoothly, Monitor production processing and operation;
4. Troubleshoot for simply issues during machining;
5. Be responsibility for process/ parts inspection, production records and make sure out-put and quality to get the target;
6. Support new parts trial run;
7. 5S for surrounding of machine tools;
8. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械或相关专业职校或以上毕业；
2. 3年以上数控镗铣床工件装夹及加工经验；
3. 熟悉机械制图、工艺、切削、刀具和卧式镗床结构，会使用测量工具；
4. 能适应三班工作；
5. 必须具有良好的合作精神和沟通能力；
6. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
7. 熟悉带SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D加工设备、有操作大型卧式堂铣床经验，有技师证优先考虑；
8. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知，服从工作的调整与培训。


Job Requirement
1. Vocational school or above graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics, Mechanics or related major
2. 3 years work experience in machine tool operation of metal cutting machining;
3. Familiar/Proficient in drawing, machining process, cutting know how, cutter，familiar in using basis metrical tools;
4. Shift work necessary;
5. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments;
6. Good service for process，strong innovation and work sense;
7. Experience in operation of lathe with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D, experience in large size horizontal spindle milling machine center will be necessary /plus，High level operator license will be plus;
8. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
