江苏省-常州市

工作职责：

1. 积极参与工艺流程的学习和实践，包括但不限于注塑工艺，材料技术，模具相关以及项目管理等。
2. 积极参与跨部门沟通，协助解决技术问题。
3. 完成培训项目，包括理论学习、实践操作和项目报告。
4. 根据需要在恩格尔工厂内或客户现场支持客户的模具试模工作。
5. 如有需要，将被要求前往中国境内的客户现场出差。
6. 提供正确的工作报告，并按照上级要求遵循标准工作流程。
7. 完成上级交办的其他相关任务。

1. Proactively participate in the learning and practice of related knowledge, including but not limited to injection molding processes, polymer technology, mold-related aspects, and machine selection.
2. Proactively engage in cross-departmental communication to help solve technical issues.
3. Complete training projects, including theoretical learning, practical operations, and project reporting.
4. To support customers’ mold trials either within the Engel factories or at Customers locations as needed
5. Will be required to travel to customer sites in China if needed.
6. Offer proper documentation and follow the standard working process as required by superior.
7. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

任职资格：

1. 应届本科及以上学历毕业生，高分子材料成型加工或相关材料专业。
2. 良好的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和技能。
3. 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
4. 能够承受工作压力，具备解决问题的能力。
5. 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等。
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力，能够阅读及撰写专业英文工作报告。（至少需要CET4级）

1. Graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in polymer science/manufacture or related.
2. Good learning and adaptability with variable knowledge and be capable of quickly mastering new knowledge and skills.
3. Possess a strong sense of teamwork and communication skills.
4. Be able to withstand work pressure and have problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to read and write professional English work reports. (min. CET4)
