工作职责:
•Developing and maintaining a global overview of the key account's business activities and deriving the potential for ENGEL
•Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining sales success at already successfully acquired key account locations, always in close coordination with the local sales and service teams
•Developing entry strategies for key account locations where ENGEL was unsuccessful or not very successful so far
•Development and implementation of sustainable conditions in the sales and service business and negotiation of these
•Ensuring globally harmonized conditions
•Communicating key account-specific characteristics to the affected sales and service branches
•Strategic further development of the key account (technology days, management exchanges, etc.)
•Central role in the de-escalation process
•Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
任职资格:
•Bachelor/Master degree
•strong technical as well as commercial understanding
•Knowledge about the injection molding industry and Automotive Industry
•At least five years of working experience in customer-oriented positions
•Sales attitude and organizational talent with ownership mentality
•International experience is an advantage
•Communication talent with fluent English skills
•Willing to travel occasionally (international) while based in Shanghai
•Team player and motivated to work in close cooperation with international colleagues
•Affinity to work in our IT system (SAP, CRM, share point, etc.)
