工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 负责参与日常的设施设备管理，包括：配电房，照明，暖通（地源热泵系统），行车，消防，压缩空气系统，BA系统等等。
2. 监控日常的设施设备的维修维护和外包供应商的维护工作，包括在基建项目阶段。
3. 执行设施设备的日常巡点检，保障设备的正常、安全的运行。
4. 设备部的备品备件的管理。部门主管安排的其他工作。
5. 保持与当地的电力、水、燃气等政府部门联系。

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Responsible for day-to-day facility management; which include: sub-station, power lighting, HVAC, cranes, BA system, firefight system compressor and so on
2. Monitor the progress of routine maintenance for various facilities and sub contractors for contracted-out jobs; even in plant construction period.
3. Conduct regular checks on facilities and equipment to maintain smooth operation and public safety;
4. Spare parts and maintenance management,
5. Liaise with local bureau of power, water, natural gas, sewage.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 高中以上学历，机电专业或者相关专业
2. 有高低压电工证，进网许可证或其他证书，基本的电脑Word,Excel知识
3. 两年以上的设施设备维护工作经验，有较强的动手经验。
4. 可以接受倒班和根据工作需要进行加班。有外资企业工作经验更佳。


Job Requirement
1. Above high school education; major in mechanical and electrical integration or related field.
2. With hight&low electricity license ,power bureau training license, computer skills for Microsoft word, excel;
3. More than two years Hands-on maintenance experience of facility and maintenance.
4. Can work in different shifts and overtime for urgent tasks; experience in Multinational Corporation is preferred;
