工作职责：

1. To support as a development role for application technologies, plasticizing technologies, prototype machines, and be responsible for assigned application development projects for ENGEL and WINTEC.
2. To cooperate with local resources in Asia about raw material and auxiliary equipment, mold technology, plasticizing components regarding defined application development tasks and complete local solutions together with internal teams as required.
3. To communicate and work together with Global Process and Application Technology team and be able to offer technical support of defined processes and technologies.
4. To be responsible for proper documentation, reports and related system work regarding application technologies assigned by team leader.
5. To be able to deal with marketing activities regarding application technologies if required.
6. Others as assigned by the team leader, such as to support sales team and BU for system solution projects from the development stage to the final production stage.

任职资格：

1. Good understanding of operation and set up of Injection Molding machines (experience with Engel machines as priority for consideration).
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience as processing engineer / application engineer (polymer science or injection molding machine related).
3. Good understanding for all commonly used plastic materials and advanced high engineering grade materials.
4. Good understanding of ENGEL products (WINTEC included), technologies and related functions.
5. Be able to use tools for project management.
6. Must be able to communicate well with colleagues, partners and customers during daily work.
7. Be fluent in English writing and speaking / listening and be able to use it in required technical environment.
8. Be able to work with standard working processes and systems including SAP.
9. Good skills for data management and handling of confidential information.
10. Be able to travel between suppliers, partners, customers and other ENGEL locations as job requires.
