工作职责：

• Work in close cooperation with the global Head of BD Automotive and drive forward the initiatives and projects.
o Analyzing the market trends and the related requirements
o Develop technical solutions for these trends together with the technical departments
o Finding potential technology partners and implement a working business relationship with the involved departments
o Working on the successful market launch
o Find potential target customers and work together with the sales on the successful penetration
• Represent ENGEL as a technology leader in the market
o Visit together with the sales our customers, introduce new technologies to them and work with them on the improvement of their production
o Organize technology events
o Hold presentation on external events
• Partner network
o Find local technology partners for ENGEL to allow a successful market implementation
o Develop local technology partners for the related technologies
• Others
o Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

任职资格：

• Master degree from technical University ideally in plastics.
• Very good general technical understanding and fast adopter
• Knowledge about the injection molding industry and the Automotive industry
• At least five years of working experience in the plastic industry (plastics processing, material manufacturer, machine manufacturer, etc.)
• International experience is an advantage
• Communication talent with fluent English skills
• Motivated to present in front of customers or bigger audience with distinctive presentation skills
• Sales attitude and organizational talent with ownership mentality.
• Willing to travel frequently within Asia, (seldomly also oversea) while based in Shanghai
• Team player and motivated to work in close operation with local as well as international colleagues
• Affinity to work in our modern IT system (SAP, CRM, share point, etc.)
• Attributes such as commitment, flexibility, good communication skills, diligence, and interest to provide industry specific injection moulding solutions.
