工作职责：

1. Plasticizing Technology Specialist: Provide support for ENGEL and WINTEC products, addressing plasticizing issues and implementing new technologies in prototype components as part of plasticizing development projects.
2. Global Collaboration: Work with global resources on screw geometry and material execution of plasticizing components to offer market-tailored solutions and contribute to the development of the plasticizing portfolio.
• Support and Cooperate with PSD EMV / PMMA/ Sourcing to offer solutions for global market based on assigned projects.
• Develop local solutions for WINTEC/ ENGEL PLA projects based on requirements from PMMA/Sales/BU Asia.
3. Internal Communication and Support: Collaborate with internal teams (Global Process and Application Technology team, PMMA, Purchasing, Design Engineering, and BU/Sales) to provide technical support for plasticizing-related tasks and components on a global scale.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation, reports, drawings, and related system work for ENGEL and WINTEC’s Plasticizing System as assigned by the team leader.
5. Marketing Activities: Handle marketing activities related to ENGEL and WINTEC’s Plasticizing System as required.
6. Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the team leader.

任职资格：

1. Good understanding of operation and set up of Injection Molding machines (experience with ENGEL/ WINTEC machines as priority for consideration).
2. Minimum 4 years of working experience as processing engineer / application engineer (polymer science or injection molding machine related).
3. Good understanding o all commonly used plastic materials and advanced high engineering grade materials.
4. Be able to use tools for project management.
5. Must be able to communicate well with colleagues, partners, and customers during daily work.
6. Be fluent in English writing and speaking / listening and be able to use it in required technical environment.
7. Be able to work with standard working processes and systems including SAP, MS..etc.
8. Good skills in data management and handling confidential information.
9. Be able to travel between suppliers, partners, customers and other ENGEL locations as the job requires.
