工作职责：

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Lead the projects implementation which relates to intelligent manufacturing topics inside of the factory, including project initiate, programming, implementation, and problem-solving after installation.
2. Lead projects related to factory logistics planning, automated production line planning, and automated equipment selection, such as AGVs and conveyors.
3. Plan the layout of automated or AGV projects for factory warehouse, production/assembly, and logistics, and assess risk points in the plan.
4. Develop automated project plans
5. Lead automation/AGV projects, review and introduce new equipment, and carry out continuous optimization.
6. Lead the development of standardized logistics and production line standards within the factory and create related work instructions.
7. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

1. 主导工厂内与智能制造相关的项目实施，包括项目发起，编程，实施，安装后解决问题；
2. 主导工厂物流规划、自动化产线规划、自动化设备选型等项目，如AGV、输送机等；
3. 规划工厂仓储、生产、物流等自动化或AGV项目布局，并评估方案中风险点；
4. 制定自动化项目计划；
5. 主导自动化/AGV项目、新设备的评审、导入，并进行持续优化；
6. 主导工厂内部物流标准化、产线标准化的制定，并编写操作说明；
7. 上级领导委派的其他工作事项。

任职资格：

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering (IE), Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
2. Minimum 5 years of IE-related work experience, prefer from machinery manufacturing industry.
3. Hands-on experience in smart factory projects (e.g., automated production, automated logistic, digital system...)
4. Understand the basic principles of AGV and have experience in planning, selecting, implementing, and handing over AGV projects.
5. Proficient in English (CET-4 or equivalent), both writing and spoken skills smoothly is a must
6. Good communication skill and work independently as well as focus on goal oriented.

工作要求
1. 工业工程、机械工程、自动化或相关专业本科以上学历 ；
2. 5年以上工业机械相关工作经验，有机械制造行业经验者优先；
3. 具备智能工厂项目的实践经验（例如，自动化生产，自动化物流，数字系统…）；
4. 懂AGV的基本原理，有主导AGV整体项目的规划、选型、项目落地、项目移交等项目经验；
5. 精通英语（大学英语四级或同等水平），读写能力强；
6. 具有良好的沟通能力和独立工作的能力，并重视目标导向。
