工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 负责装配工艺文件的编制、修订与完善，包括装配流程图、装配作业指导书等，确保装配工艺的合理性与规范性
2. 负责新产品的装配可行性及装配过程的工艺评审与验证，解决新产品装配过程中出现的工艺问题，优化装配工艺，提高生产效率
3. 对现有装配工艺进行持续改进，分析装配过程中的问题，提出工艺改善方案并组织实施
4. 负责装配过程中工具的选型，非标工装夹具的设计、优化及采购
5. 负责装配车间工艺技术的指导与培训，确保操作人员正确的执行
6. 负责装配工时的调研与制定，并在SAP系统中进行处理
7. 负责现场装配区域的布局规划及优化
8. 完成上级委派的其他工作

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Responsible for developing, revising, and refining assembly process documentation, including assembly flowcharts and assembly work instructions, ensuring the rationality and standardization of assembly processes
2. Conduct feasibility assessments and process reviews/validations for new product assembly. Resolve process issues during new product assembly. Optimize assembly processes, and enhance production efficiency
3. Continuously improve existing assembly processes by analyzing operational issues. Proposing process improvement proposals and tracking their implementation.
4. Select tools for assembly operations and design, optimize, and procure special fixtures and jigs.
5. Provide process guidance and training to assembly workshop to ensure that the operators execute it correctly.
6. Conduct assembly time/routing time studies, establish standard labor hours, and process data within the SAP system.
7. Responsible for planning and optimizing the layout of on-site assembly areas
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械或相关专业本科毕业；
2. 5年以上工程机械/机床/注塑机生产经验并有丰富的机械工艺技术经验；
3. 熟悉机械装配工艺原理与方法，能够独立完成装配工艺文件的编制与优化
4. 熟练应用办公软件，AutoCAD，NX，Soildworks等绘图软件；
5. 具备SAP应用经验更优；
6. 良好的合作和沟通能力，能够与生产研发采购等部门有效协作
7. 英语听说读写良好，可工作使用
8. 能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
9. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训；

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
2. Minimum 5 years of production experience in construction machinery/machine tools/injection molding machines with extensive mechanical process expertise;
3. Proficient in mechanical assembly principles and methodologies, capable of independently developing and optimizing assembly process documentation;
4. Skilled in office software and CAD programs including AutoCAD, NX, and SolidWorks;
5. SAP application experience preferred;
6. Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of effective coordination with production, R&D, procurement, and other departments;
7. Proficient in spoken and written English for work purposes;
8. Willingness to undertake short-term business trips to other regions or countries;
9. Ability to accept job reassignments and training as required by company needs and upon prior written notice.
