工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 根据采购战略开发供应商，参与供应商审核活动，以确保供应商在质量、交付、行为准则、风险和环境方面的能力。
2. 谈判指定商品的条款和合同，以推动公司的最佳总成本。
3. 针对通货膨胀/降本/产能预测对指定的物料组制定基准。
4. 与内部客户合作，识别降本机会，合理管理供应链并推动质量，降本和减少供应商数量。
5. 负责RFQ，管理供应商产品打样流程，跟进产品质量，直至量产
6. 了解并实时监控市场状况/趋势、技术的发展、供应链能力、产品知识、客户需求和以及供需挑战，并积极主动地管理供应链中的风险。
7. 管理采购项目和供应商转移项目，参与VAVE活动，推动材料成本降低。
8. 在建立和维护供应商合同和采购协议方面发挥主导作用。
9. 管理供应商风险，制定改善措施。
10. 完成上级领导布置的其他工作任务。

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Develop suppliers according to sourcing strategy, participate in the supplier audit activities to secure a capable supplier regarding quality, delivery, code of conduct, risk and environment.
2. Negotiate the terms and contracts for the assigned commodity to drive the best in terms of total cost of ownership for the company.
3. Develop baseline for commodity & inflation / savings / productivity forecasts for assigned commodity.
4. Work with internal customers to identify opportunities for cost savings, supply base rationalization and execute projects that drive quality, savings and reduce number of suppliers.
5. Responsible for RFQ, manage supplier sampling process and follow up parts qualification until series production.
6. Understand and monitor current commodity market conditions/trends, technology development, supply chain capacity/ capability, product knowledge, customer requirements and supply/demand challenges and manage risk in the supply chain pro-actively.
7. Manage sourcing project and supplier transfer project, participate in the VAVE activities to drive material cost reduction.
8. Play a leading role in establishing and maintaining supplier contracts and purchasing agreements.
9. Manage supplier risk and develop mitigation activities.
10. Complete the tasks assigned by superior.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 机械或相关专业本科毕业
2. 有液压行业（液压阀，液压马达，泵，油管，压力传感器...）或机械制造类产品采购经验
3. 塑机行业或者工程机械行业经验优先考虑
4. 具有较强的项目管理能力和有效的谈判技巧
5. 全局的、战略性的思考，能够制定物料组采购的策略
6. 英语口语和书面交流能力强，能够处理全球供应商和全球团队的问题
7. 熟悉excel/PPT，善于报表
8. 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
9. 有技术背景更佳
10. 团队合作和目标导向
11. 适应商务旅行

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor with major in Mechanics or others
2. Experience in hydraulic technology/industry (hydraulic valve, hydraulic motor, pump, hose, sensor...) or experience in purchasing of mechanical products
3. Experience in plastic machinery or construction industry is preferred
4. Strong Project Management skill with effective negotiation skill
5. Think strategically and develop commodity sourcing strategy
6. Strong English Communication skill in both written and oral to be able to handle global suppliers and global teams
7. Familiar with excel/PPT and good at report out
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Technical background is a plus
10. Teamwork and Target oriented
11. Adapt to business trip
