    工作职责:

    岗位描述/职责

    1. 配合人事专员,一起参与公司年度校园招聘活动;
    2. 参与公司年度双元制学员招募;
    3. 参与组织校招生和双元制学员的日常管理与活动组织等相关工作;
    4. 跟踪评估各类人才库的使用情况,更新和维护人才储备库;
    5. 参与人才管理项目的追踪和数据积累;
    6. 有效地执行培训计划和培训规范流程,并实时维护培训管理系统;
    7. 负责协助人事专员定期更新培训数据并形成月度和年度的培训报告;
    8. 积极参与和配合公司的项目制工作;
    9. 积极协助人事行政团队安排员工活动、公司旅游等,积极参与员工凝聚力项目和企业文化项目的建设;
    10. 完成上级布置的其他相关工作。

    Job Description
    1. Cooperate with the HR specialist to participate in the company's annual campus recruitment activities together;
    2. Participate in the company's annual dual-education trainee recruitment;
    3. Participate in organizing the daily management and activity organization of the school's enrollment and dual-education students, etc.
    4. Track and evaluate the usage of various talent pools, update and maintain the talent reserve pool;
    5. Participate in the tracking and data accumulation of talent management projects;
    6. Effectively implement the training plan and standardized training procedures, and maintain the training management system in real time;
    7. Be responsible for assisting the personnel specialist in regularly updating training data and forming monthly and annual training reports;
    8. Actively participate in and cooperate with the company's project-based work;
    9. Actively assist the human resources and administration team in arranging employee activities, company trips, etc., and actively participate in the construction of employee cohesion projects and corporate culture projects;
    10. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.


    任职资格:

    工作标准/目标
    1. 熟悉计算机操作、企业微信、AI 应用等现代办公软件和APP;
    2. 大专及以上学历,人力资源相关专业更佳;
    3. 3年以上招聘和培训以及员工发展相关经验;
    4. 熟悉招聘工作流程及各种招聘渠道,能独立开展招聘工作,并完成招聘效果汇总分析;
    5. 有清晰的逻辑和培训落地的能力,
    6. 出色的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通技巧及解决问题的能力;
    7. 良好的英语读写能力。
    Job Requirements
    1. Familiar with modern office software and apps such as computer operation, Enterprise wechat, and AI applications;
    2. College degree or above, major in human resources or related fields is preferred;
    3. More than 3 years of experience in recruitment, training and employee development;
    4. Be familiar with the recruitment process and various recruitment channels, be capable of independently conducting recruitment work, and complete the summary and analysis of recruitment results;
    5. Have clear logic and the ability to implement training.
    6. Excellent language expression skills, interpersonal communication skills, adaptability, communication skills and problem-solving abilities;
    7. Good reading and writing skills in English.
