工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 零件调质确认
2. 零件金相检验
3. NDT检验
4. 制作检测计划及相关检验报告
5. 失效零件分析
6. 相关材料问题与技术及国外同事沟通
7. 给与供应商材料方面的支持
8. 支持领导安排的相应专业工作

Job Description/Responsibility
1. part quench and temper inspection
2. part metallographic analysis
3. support NDT inspection
4. make test plan and documentation for relative test
5. material analysis of failure or return parts
6. communicate with R&D and EU colleague for material issue
7. support supplier for material standard and relative issue
8. support leader arranged relevant work

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 材料，机械，热处理或相关专业本科毕业；
2. 五年以上材料分析经验,尤其是金相分析能力
3. 英语说写能力
4. 熟练使用相关工具,如显微镜,硬度仪等
5. 熟练应用办公软件具 SAP优

Job Requirement
1. University graduate with major in (material engineering, mechanical or heat treatment engineering)
2. 5 years material analysis experience, especially in metallographic analysis
3. spoken and written skills of english
4. Good skills for relative equipment using like microscope, hardness tester,
5. Good skills of MS，SAP is prefer
