工作职责：

1. To communicate and work together with Engel (Worldwide) Processing and Application Departments to become familiar with and be able to offer full Technical Support of Engel Processes and Technologies.
2. To support Customer Mold Test either within the Engel factories or at Customers’ locations as needed. This includes the coordination with the customer, installation, and testing of the mold and after completion a detailed report.
3. To Support Engel Customers, including trouble shooting, analysis and always maintain a professional and willing attitude.
4. To work independently with the customer or project partners.
5. Other tasks from superior related to processing.

任职资格：

1. Full understanding of Operation and Set up of Injection Molding machines (all ENGEL products included WINTEC)
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience as processing engineer/ technical engineer (injection molding machine related.).
3. Good understanding for all commonly used plastic materials and advanced high engineering grade materials.
4. Good understanding of processing control with the ability to eliminate part defects and processing optimization.
5. Must be able to communicate well with colleagues and customers well.
6. Fluent in English writing and speaking /listening and be able to use it in technical situation.
7. Will be required to travel to customer sites for work assignments and to Engel Headquarters for training/upgrading depends on arrangements of team leader.
