工作职责:
Job Description / Responsibility:
• Developing and maintaining a global overview of the key account's business activities and deriving the potential for ENGEL
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining sales success at already successfully acquired key account locations, always in close coordination with the local sales and service teams
• Developing entry strategies for key account locations where ENGEL was unsuccessful or not very successful so far
• Development and implementation of sustainable conditions in the sales and service business and negotiation of these
• Communicating key account-specific characteristics to the affected sales and service branches
• Strategic further development of the key account (technology days, management exchanges, etc.)
• Central role in the de-escalation process
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
任职资格:
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Strong technical as well as commercial understanding
• Knowledge about the injection molding industry and home appliance (white goods) industry
• At least five years of working experience in customer-oriented positions
• Sales attitude and organizational talent with ownership mentality
• International experience is an advantage
• Communication talent with fluent English skills
• Willing to travel occasionally (mainly China but also Asia) while based in Changzhou
• Team player and motivated to work in close cooperation with colleagues across different departments
• Affinity to work in our IT system (SAP, CRM, share point, etc.)
