工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 支持工厂精益生产项目的推动工作；
2. 协助工厂内各部门制定配套KPI指标，并统计分析主要KPI，包括现场生产部门和生产支持部门；
3. 发现生产活动中各方面潜在的改善项目；
4. 负责公司CIP项目的推动与追踪（持续改善）
5. 提供在精益项目推动过程中所需的精益工具和方法；
6. 组织与实施精益方法的相关培训及问题解决；
7. 协助领导组织与推进精益活动的实施：VSM，5S，TPM等等；
8. 负责工厂内车间布局信息的维护和更新（CAD，PDF…）。
9. 其他领导交代的任务

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Responsible for the implementation of lean project with the leader in the factory.
2. Work together with the leaders of different departments to define the KPIs and analyze the data, both for the production area and the functional supporting area.
3. Find the potential improvement project during the production activity.
4. Responsible for tracking the CIP project.
5. Provide the lean principles and tools
6. Organize and implement the lean training and problem solving
7. Support lean manager to drive the implementation of VSM, 5S, TPM etc.
8. Responsible for the factory layout information maintenance (CAD, PDF...).
9. Responsible for the other tasks from the leader

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. IE、机电、机械或相关专业本科及以上毕业（IE专业优先）；
2. 3年及以上机械制造行业精益生产推进经验，现场工艺工作、IE工作均可；
3. 具备精益生产相关知识和实践经验（了解精益六西格玛方面基本知识优先）
4. 具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力以及沟通、协调能力
5. 认同企业文化，能够承受较强的工作压力，改善意识强烈，善于自我激励
6. 较好的英语沟通技能，能准确地用英文进行项目展示和顺利进行电话会议沟通。
7. 会使用Auto-CAD等常用软件优先。

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree or above in IE, Mechanical Engineering or relevant major (IE will be preferred).
2. More than 3 years’ lean production experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment, as well as production process, IE etc.
3. Preferably with Lean knowledge and work experience (Knowing six-sigma basic concept will be preferred).
4. Good problem analysis and solving skills, strong coordination and communication skills
5. Identification of corporate culture; resistance to pressure; strong sense of drive change and self-motivated
6. Good English skills both on presentation and conference call meeting.
7. Ability to Auto-CAD would be a plus.
