工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 对所管割区域内的安全生产负直接管理责任；
2. 组织下属团队人员按时完成机器装配任务；
3. 确保所负责区域的产能和质量目标的实现,并严格按要求完成相关过程控制和数据追踪；
4. 处理装配过程中遇到的难题及相关协调工作；
5. 根据有利于生产发展的原则，对装配过程提出工艺优化建议并积极实施各项改善活动。
6. 指导相关人员诊断装配过程问题，并不断进行工艺和流程改善；
7. 协助部门经理，处理客户服务部门的客户投诉和技术协作要求；
8. 下属员工的培训和人员发展计划；
9. 完成上级委派的其他工作。
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Full responsibility of the safety management of the final assembly or start up area;
2. Responsible for leading the team to finish all the assigned tasks on time.
3. Monitor and ensure production capacity and process quality achievement, and implement the control plan strictly, maintain the data in the working system.
4. Coordination for production continuation when problems occurred during daily operations ;
5. Developing assembly process, and keep continuous improvement；
6. Support for trouble-shooting during assembling processes;
7. Support the assembly manager to offer quickly response to CSD request, customer complain, and cooperation for products development.
8. Training plan and talent development for all members within the team, especially for key staffs.
9. Other responsibilities assigned by superior.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 机电、电气或相关专业专科毕业；
2. 五年以上机械行业整机装配工作经验并有丰富的机电液工艺技术经验；
3. 熟练掌握液压/气动技术，并有相关工作经验;
4. 有较强的精益生产理论和实践经验，有流水线总装管理经验者佳, 熟悉生产周期和生产节拍管理;
5. 熟练掌握各种质量分析方法;
6. 能用英语进行工作联络和技术交流；
7. 能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
8. 良好的合作和沟通能力；优秀的执行力；
9. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
10. 优秀的团队领导能力，善于总结，表达能力强；
11. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训；


Job Requirement
1. College graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics or related major
2. 5 years work experience in mechanical assembly production management experience.
3. Ability to reading and understanding hydraulic and pneumatic drawings, has Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge is a must;
4. Strong LEAN concept and LEAN production experience in machinery final assembly operations or start-up operations, solid flow-line operations management is a plus;
5. Familiar in quality system and process analysis;
6. Suitable English skills, on both written and spoken levels.
7. Willingness for temporarily domestic and oversea traveling.
8. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments. Good can do attitude.
9. Good attitude of customer orientation, both for internal and external customers. Strong innovation and work sense.
10. Good summarizing for work and expression.
11. Accept job position change according to company business situation.
