    工作职责:

    Business Development Scope
    o Establish a network of peers in the market for the collection of relevant market information in order to identify target customers, understand their potential, production processes, and technologies as well as relevant competitors (customer’s as well as Engel’s at that customer).
    o Establish contacts with brand owners to scout new projects and trends at an early stage.
    o Define a target customer list which shall be followed consistently
    o Build and maintain in cooperation with the Director BU MED/PAC Asia a network of cooperation partners (mould makers, automation companies, …) for system solutions
    o Collect product and customer know how to win over target customers by selling Engel products
    o Understand the type of organizational structure of target customers and mirror that structure at Engel for the team working with them (e.g., central, decentral, hybrid, …)
    KAM Scope
    Regular (at least once per year) governance meetings for business review with the relevant decision makers of customer’s HQ comprising topics such as
    o Exchange on market development from customers’ and Engel’s view
    o Pricing
    o Review of finished projects
    o Communication issues
    o CSD
    o Business outlook (new projects)
    Others
    o Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


    任职资格:

     Degree from technical University ideally in plastics.
     At least 10 years of working experience in the relevant plastics industry (plastics processing, machine manufacturer, etc.)
     Communication talent with fluent English skills
     Very good general technical understanding and fast adopter
     Ability of comprehension of requirements of customer’s products on the injection moulding process.
     Willingness and ability to systematically accumulate relevant market and product know how
     Ability to understand and abstract organizational structures
     Sales attitude and organizational talent with ownership mentality. Experience in selling injection moulding machines preferred
     Willing to travel frequently within Asia, (occasionally also overseas) while based in Shanghai with good intercultural skills
     Team player and motivated to work in close cooperation with local as well as international colleagues
     International experience is an advantage
