工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 确保实施和控制SQM流程和质量管理方法，并采用预防性的方法将风险降到最低
2. 实施并控制有效的投诉管理，包括审查在供应商处采取的纠正措施的有效性
3. 参与新项目开发阶段的供应商选择，评估，批准，在新项目发展阶段提供必要的协同工作
4. 从SQM的角度确定供应商的潜在风险，并跟进改进措施
5. 从SQM的角度监管整个新产品和新供应商项目的开发过程
6. 供应商定期审核，帮助供应商提升质量体系及产品品质
7. 帮助供应商进行根本原因分析和实施相应的改善措施
8. 帮助供应商实施“零缺陷”策略
9. 对供应商的过程变更和材料变更行为进行管控
10. 供应商质量绩效评估
11. 上级安排的其他任务
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Ensure that SQM processes and quality management methods are implemented and controlled, and that risks are minimized in a preventive manner
2. Implementation and controlling of an effective complaint’s management including review of effectiveness of corrective measures performed at the supplier
3. Participate in the selection, evaluation and approval of suppliers during the development phase of new projects and provide necessary coordination during the development phase of new projects.
4. Identifying potential risk of suppliers from SQM point of view and follow up improving actions
5. Project monitoring for new products and new suppliers from SQM point of view.
6. Audit supplier regularly and help supplier improve QS and product quality.
7. Support in root cause analysis and implementation of measures.
8. Support in zero defect strategy.
9. Change behavior of supplier process change and material control
10. Supplier quality performance evaluation
11. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 机械、机电一体化相关专业本科以上学历（包含本科）
2. 五年以上质量管理工作经验，有供应商现场审核经验优先
3. 具备铸件和锻件知识及经验优先
4. 英语说写能力
5. 具备一定的测量和测试技能
6. 熟练使用办公软件和 SAP系统
7. 愿意经常出差
8. 具备问题分析和处理能力，沟通和抗压能力强
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related major (including Bachelor's degree)
2. 5 years quality management experience，Auditing experience is preferred
3. With the knowledge and experience in casting and forging is preferred
4. Spoken and written skills of English
5. Skills in measurement and testing
6. Skills in office software and SAP
7. Willing to travel frequently
8. Ability to analyze and deal with problems, good communication skills and work under pressure
