工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 负责电气装配工艺过程工时测定,效率统计，生产数据处理及相关协调工作；
2. 负责装配工具，测量工具和设施等的采购申请；工夹具设计及优化；
3. 生产文件准备,工艺优化与更新；
4. 装配工艺过程问题诊断及指导；
5. 确保产量和质量目标的实现；
6. 负责给工程师/操作员/技术员做相关培训；
7. 完成上级委派的其他工作 。

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Be responsible for electrical assembly routing time measure, assembly efficiency statistic, assembly site layout optimize, production data collection and analysis in coordination with project /production planning;
2. Assembly tool, measuring tool, workplace infrastructure application, assembly fixture design and modification;
3. Edit / update work instruction, optimize process and update ；
4. Process troubleshooting；
5. Monitor and ensure process quality and maintain quality system；
6. Coach operators/technicians.
7. Other responsibilities may assigned by supervisor.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 机电、电气或相关专业本科毕业；
2. 熟悉电气设备装配工艺，3年以上工程机械类行业工作经验，拥有在机床/注塑机行业工作经验更优；
3. 具备SAP/ISO9000应用经验更优；
4. 能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
5. 良好的团队合作和沟通能力；
6. 熟练应用办公软件及Auto-CAD等绘图软件；
7. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训。

Job Requirement
1. University graduate with major in Electrics &automation or related major
2. Familiar with electrical equipment in assembly area，3 years or above work experience in engineering machine/machine tool/injection molding machine industry will be plus.
3. Experience in ISO9000/SAP will be necessary /plus.
4. Willingness for temporarily visits to oversea plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition.
5. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
6. Familiar/Proficient in using computer S/W and Auto-CAD.
7. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
