工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 协助机加工经理完成日常三班及周末加班期间的生产现场管理工作，负责分管区域内的安全、劳动纪律、生产效率、生产质量和生产任务的准时完成。
2. 协调机加工车间和机加工工艺部门之间的技术沟通，以及工艺纪律和工艺规程的落地；
3. 协助机加工车间各区域班组长进行人员培训和人员发展；
4. 定期巡查和回顾各区域的生产绩效，及时发现并处理各种生产异常情况，并系统化地解决问题；
5. 督促操作工做好现场5S及AM工作，严格执行交接班规定和考勤管理；
6. 监督现场的机台效率和人工效率；控制生产成本，如能耗、刀具、切削液、油品的消耗；
7. 负责下属人员的工作表现评价与信息反馈，提出改善方案或建议;
8. 提出操作人员的培训需求，并负责落实各项培训计划的具体实施；
9. 积极鼓励并推动本部门的各项精益项目和持续改善活动；
10. 完成其它上级交办的工作。

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Assist the machining manager in managing daily production works across three shifts and weekend overtime, ensuring safety, labor discipline, production efficiency, product quality, and timely completion of production targets within assigned areas.
2. Coordinate technical problem-solving between the machining workshop and the machining production engineering team, to make sure all the WIs and process requirements are strictly followed.
3. Assist the team leaders in each area of the machining workshop in conducting personnel training and talent development.
4. Regularly on-site audit and review production performance across all teams, promptly identify and address any production anomalies, and systematically resolve issues.
5. Adherence in 5S and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities in the workshop, strict supervision on attendance discipline and shift transferring discipline.
6. Supervision on OEE and labor efficiency performance, control related production costs which include energy consumption, tooling, cutting fluid and lubricant usage, etc.
7. Evaluate subordinates’ job performance and provide feedback, proposing improvement plans or recommendations.
8. Identify training needs for operators and oversee the implementation of training plans.
9. Actively promote and support lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the department.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 机械、数控或相关专业大专及以上毕业；
2. 7年以上机加工现场从业经验，有操作过大型镗铣床经验或编程经验优先，其中至少3 年以上现场管理经验；
3. 管理过30人以上的机加工现场员工团队，有三班制现场管理经验者尤佳；
4. 有较好的机加工理论知识储备，有机加工艺和编程的经验优先；
5. 良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力，良好的服务意识和服从性；
6. 关系的建立者：建立和维护有效的团队环境，预见和克服阻力；
7. 执行的推动者：确保公司决策能在现场得到有效实施，有较强的目标意识，勇于承担责任；
8. 变革的执行者：不懈地与员工沟通和交流，确保改善项目在现场的快速实施；
9. 问题解决者：能从多角度看待问题，思维逻辑性强，明确问题症结所在，并将解决方案落到实处；
10. 适应三班制工作模式；
11. 一定的英语交流技能，能阅读一般的英文邮件，能用英语进行简单沟通；
12. 有一定的精益六西格玛方面的理论知识，熟悉一些常规精益理念和精益工具者尤佳；
13. 会使用Email, Word, Excel, PPT等常用软件工具； 熟悉Auto-CAD, SAP、COSCO、MES软件者尤佳；

Job Requirement
1. College degree or above with major in Mechanics, Numerical Control Technology or related major.
2. 7years work experience in a machining production environment both in a production management role or an engineering support role, had the experience in operating large boring and milling machines is a plus. but at least 3years experience in machining production management,
3. Solid experience of managing a team which more than 30 people, working in three-shifts experience is a plus.
4. Possesses solid theoretical knowledge in Machining, and experience in both production engineering and programming is a plus.
5. Good cooperation and communication skill; good “can do” attitude, and work with passion.
6. Relationship builder: a good teamwork player, can foresee and overcome resistance.
7. Executive promoter: can make things happen down-to-earth timely and efficiently, take the responsibility.
8. Changing executor: keep close communication with operators and striving for process optimization together.
9. Problem solver: logic thinking and open minding, good at root cause analysis and solution approach making.
10. Can work with daily 3 shifts model when it’s necessary, flexible for attendance arrangement in every shift-type and even on weekends.
11. Can speak and read English for working communication is a plus.
12. Knowledge and concepts of LEAN production is a plus.
13. Ability of office tools: Email, Word, Excel, PPT. Familiar with Auto-CAD, SAP, COSCO, MES would be a plus.
