工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 统筹全厂PFEP体系搭建与落地管理，覆盖整机零部件来料、仓储存放、车间内部流转、整机出厂发运全场景，制定各类物料防护标准、装载标准，整机包装标准及持续优化，定期现场稽核PFEP执行情况并推动问题闭环整改。
2. 专项推进整机发运包装及运费改善，降低整机单位包装费与物流运费。
3. 新机研发项目前置规划包装、发运方案；对接包装供应商或物流供应商完成方案定义；完成包装验证
4. 开发循环周转工装，减少零件刮花、锈蚀、磕碰报废，持续优化零部件包装综合成本
5. 针对国内陆运、出口海运分别设计整套包装结构，同步实现整机包装质量提升与耗材成本下降。
6. 推进包装、发运全流程IE精益改善，升级辅助吊装、打包工装，削减人工工时，管控包装耗材现场浪费。
7. 面向装配、仓储班组开展PFEP、标准化包装操作培训。
8. 处理整机、零部件运输破损、锈蚀他投诉与现场异常，开展问题根因分析并更新防护标准；独立编制打包WI、运输检验规范等相关技术文件。

Job Description / Responsibilities
1. Lead the overall establishment and operational management of the factory-wide PFEP (Plan for Every Part) system, covering all scenarios including incoming parts, warehousing, internal shopfloor transportation, and finished machine shipment. Develop material protection standards, loading standards, and finished machine packaging standards; continuously optimize them. Conduct regular on-site audits of PFEP execution and drive closed-loop corrective actions.
2. Drive dedicated improvement initiatives on finished machine shipping packaging and freight costs, reducing per-unit packaging costs and logistics freight expenses.
3. Proactively plan packaging and shipment solutions during new machine R&D projects; cooperate with packaging or logistics suppliers to define solutions; complete packaging validation.
4. Develop returnable/reusable transit fixtures to minimize part scratching, rusting, and damage-related scrap; continuously improve overall component packaging costs.
5. Design complete packaging structures respectively for domestic overland transport and export ocean freight, simultaneously achieving improvements in finished machine packaging quality and reductions in consumable costs.
6. Drive IE & lean improvement across the full packaging and shipment workflow; upgrade auxiliary lifting and strapping tooling; reduce manual labor hours; control on-site waste of packaging consumables.
7. Conduct PFEP and standardized packaging operation training for assembly and warehousing teams.
8. Handle complaints and on-site abnormalities related to transit damage and corrosion of finished machines and components; perform root cause analysis and update protection standards; independently develop packing Work Instructions, transportation inspection specifications, and other relevant technical documents.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 大专及以上学历，机械设计、包装工程、工业工程、物流工程类相关专业，具备基础机械识图能力。
2. 拥有3年及以上重型机械设备、机床整机包装物流工艺实操经验，有工厂PFEP体系搭建落地经验者优先录用。
3. 精通重型设备陆运、出口海运包装要求，熟悉海运防锈、大件设备加固防护等规范；
4. 熟练运用IE精益工具，能够独立立项、落地包装/物流降本增效改善项目，并输出完整改善报告。
5. 熟知大件物流计费规则、集装箱配载逻辑，具备运费测算、优化等能力
6. 具备优秀沟通协调能力，可联动开发、装配、仓库、采购、质量、销售物流多部门推进标准化落地项目。
7. 对成本、不良、运费数据具备较强分析能力；文档编写严谨规范；责任心强，可接受短期出差
8. 具备英语听说读写能力更佳

Job Requirements / Standards
1. Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related fields; basic ability to read mechanical drawings required.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in packaging and logistics processes for heavy machinery or machine tool finished products; candidates with proven experience in factory PFEP system implementation are preferred.
3. Proficient in packaging requirements for heavy equipment domestic overland and export ocean freight; familiar with marine anti-rust standards and large equipment securing/protection regulations.
4. Proficient in IE lean tools; capable of independently initiating and executing packaging/logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects, with complete improvement reports as output.
5. Knowledgeable in large-cargo freight billing rules and container load planning logic; capable of freight calculation and optimization.
6. Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate with R&D, Assembly, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and Logistics departments to drive standardization projects.
7. Strong analytical ability with cost, defect, and freight data; rigorous and structured documentation skills; highly responsible; able to accept short-term business travel.
8. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is a plus.
