工作职责：

1.Manage the sales team of ENGEL in North China
2.Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
3.Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
4.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
5.Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
6.Other responsibilities as assigned by superior

任职资格：

1.Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
2.Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Director, especially from plastics machinery industry
3.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
4.Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products
5.Proven ability to position products against competitors
6.Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
7.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
8.Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English
9.BA/BS degree or equivalent
