工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 定期查看物流部门的生产计划，知晓所负责零件的交期，及时开展编程工作；
2. 配合项目部门做好刀具、工艺及工装的准备；
3. 按时完成加工程序，主动与车间同事沟通程序内的注意事项及要点；
4. 积极参与新程序的调试加工，及时进行现场修改，记录下程序中的问题；
5. 遵循恩格尔程序管理要求，积极与操作工配合，获取程序反馈，以优化完善程序；
6. 参考恩格尔的成本体系，不断改善程序及加工工艺，以降低生产成本。


Job Description/Responsibility
1. Check the production schedule regularly. Make sure the programming job starts on time;
2. Cooperate with the project department for making preparation about tool, process and fixture;
3. Finish the program on time. Inform colleagues in the shop floor about all the importance in the program;
4. Take part in the test run of new program actively. Modify the program on side, and record all problems during the cutting;
5. Follow all the rules of ENGEL programming team, work with the operator together for getting some feedback of the program. Then, do the optimization work;
6. Make reference from ENGEL cost system. Keep improving program and process for cost down.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 大专及以上学历，机械类专业毕业；
2. 广泛的机械加工通用领域知识，知晓常见机床及加工原理；
3. 精通机械制图，理解形位公差；
4. 独立确定工装方案及加工工艺，选择合适的刀具与切削参数；
5. 能熟练使用UG软件编制数控机床程序；
6. 必须有两年以上卧式加工中心和/或立式车床编程经验；
7. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
8. 良好的英语听说读写能力。


Job Requirement
1. Junior college degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related subject;
2. Good knowledge of general machining. Know and understand how each machine works;
3. Good knowledge of mechanic engineering drawing. Good understand on GD&T.;
4. Be able to make a routine and process independently. Select proper tool with efficient cutting parameters;
5. 2 years experience in CNC programming with UG NX7 or above;
6. More than 2 years' programming experience for horizontal machining center and /or horizontal lathe;
7. Good communicate skill and team work spirit;
8. Fluent in written and oral English.
