工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 电脑设备,电话机的分发,连接,初始安装,调试等.
2. 机房设备监控，维护，维修，如UPS, 弱电线路，空调，摄像头，温湿度设备等。
3. 办公室及车间设备巡查，维护，维修，如打印机，电话机，摄像头，门禁等。
4. 远程支持驻外办公室与驻外员工(销售部门,客户服务部门及其他)的邮箱,VPN,及其他相关应用.
5. 提供常州工厂的硬件支持。（包含第2，3两项及相关内容）
6. 完成上级分派的其他任务。

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Computer equipment, telephone distribution, connection, initial installation, commissioning, etc.
2. Server rooms equipment monitoring, maintenance, maintenance, such as UPS, weak power cabling, air conditioning, cameras, temperature and humidity equipments.
3. Office area and workshop equipment inspection, maintenance, maintenance, such as printers, telephones, cameras, access control, etc.
4. Remote support for mailboxes, VPNs, and other related applications for expatriate offices and expatriates (sales, customer service, and others).
5. Provide hardware support at Changzhou plant. (Contains items 2,3 and related content)
6. Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 大专或以上学历，主修计算机科学或相关专业.
2. 英语四级，六级更佳，流利的英语口语能力
3. 至少有10年以上相关工作经验.
4. 良好的沟通能力
5. 耐心、细心，有团队协作精神
6. 愿意出差至赢泰工厂及恩格尔分支机构并提供技术支持

Job Requirement
1. Junior degree or above in computer science or related.
2. CET 4 is required, CET 6 is priority, fluent oral English.
3. At least 10 years working experience in same/similar position.
4. Good communication skill
5. Patience, carefulness, team spirit
6. Willing to trip to Engel branches in different cities for technical support.
