工作职责：

1. Market requirements & local product ownership
1.1 Capture customer pains and requirements in the Asian market through direct customer and sales contact
1.2 Prioritize the identified topics together with PM and development
1.3 Define the project team and initiate the implementation of the requirements
1.4 Own and maintain the local smart machine backlog and roadmap input for the region
1.5 Apply value-based selling and select the right communication level (technical vs. management)
2. Cooperation & partner network
2.1 Identify cooperation companies offering AI tools and AI technologies for injection molding
2.2 Assess their value for ENGEL and how a joint effort can generate additional customer benefit
2.3 Build up and maintain a sustainable local partner and technology network regarding smart machine
3. Project management & reporting
3.1 Interdisciplinary work across markets, project management and development
3.2 Project planning and coordination using classic and agile project management methods
3.3 Presentation and reporting of project progress to the development management
3.4 Support of customer projects, trade fairs and sales/ marketing activities in the region
4. Others assigned by the team leader regarding application, technologies and products.

任职资格：

1. Good understanding of product, technology or polymer science regarding Injection Molding process (experience with Engel machines as priority for consideration).
2. Minimum 3-6 years of working experience as application engineer / product management role/ development role regarding injection molding process (polymer science or injection molding machine related).
3. Good understanding for commonly used products such IMM, mold, plastics.
4. Be able to use tools for project management and experience with AI or related development as priority.
5. Must be able to communicate well with colleagues, partners and customers during daily work.
6. Be fluent in English writing and speaking / listening and be able to use it in required technical environment.
7. Good skills for data management and handling confidential information.
8. Be able to travel between suppliers, partners, customers and other ENGEL locations as job requires.
