工作职责：

1. 新机器安装、调试、维修、保养、搬迁和改造升级等售后服务
2. 给客户提供维护、备件或其他服务产品的建议或者意见
3. 根据部门规定撰写相应报告
4. 分析现场涉及到的质量问题
5. 向客户提供保障机器稳定运行的合理化建议
6. 努力学习专业技能知识，提高自身维修技术水平
7. 完成上级布置的其他相关工作
1. Perform after-sales services including new machine installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, relocation, and retrofit/upgrades
2. Provide suggestions or advice to customers regarding maintenance, spare parts, or other service products
3. Prepare corresponding reports according to department regulations
4. Analyze quality-related issues encountered on site
5. Provide customers with reasonable suggestions to ensure stable machine operation
6. Proactively learn professional skills and knowledge to improve personal technical capabilities
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors

任职资格：

1. 大专或以上学历，机械工程类、电气类专业
2. 三年及以上设备服务经验，或工厂大型设备检修经验及从事过设备类售后服务工作
3. 良好的动手能力
4. 能够读懂电气原理图，并解决电气问题
5. 能够读懂液压控制图，熟悉常规的液压阀组、油泵相关的零件，并解决液压问题
6. 有良好的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力
7. 优秀的沟通和表达能力，并能够在一定的压力下工作
8. 积极的工作热情和高效执行力
1. College diploma or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
2. Minimum of three years of equipment service experience, or experience in maintaining large factory equipment, or engaged in equipment after-sales service work
3. Strong hands-on ability
4. Ability to read electrical schematic diagrams and resolve electrical issues
5. Ability to read hydraulic control diagrams, familiarity with conventional hydraulic valve groups, pump-related parts, and ability to resolve hydraulic issues
6. Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
8. Positive work attitude and high efficiency in execution
