1. Design of work stations with the aim of reducing wastes & losses
2. Planning and enhancement of assembly concepts (material flow, value stream mapping)
3. Analysis & benchmarking of existing processes
4. Definition of standards
5. Implementation of new assembly systems and IT solutions

a) Skills and education:
• profound technical background
• Bachelor Degree
• More than 3 years of assembly process experience
• Education in process- and manufacturing engineering
• Lean Knowledge
• ERP Knowledge
• Project Management
• Fluent in English, CET 4
