工作职责：

岗位描述/职责
1. 支持恩格尔各机型平台配套电驱动系统的开发与验证
2. 参与伺服电机、驱动控制器、反馈系统及其他驱动相关零部件的测试与评估
3. 开展测试测量、采集技术数据，协助分析设备整机及驱动性能
4. 编制测试报告，归档测试结果、技术评估资料及验证文档
5. 协助零部件认定、对标测试，以及本土供应商技术评估工作
6. 参与驱动技术标准在产品线中的落地执行与维护
7. 协同研发、整机工程、采购、质量、生产及售后等跨部门团队
8. 作为中方对接接口，衔接中国团队与全球驱动技术开发总部
9. 参与技术评审、故障排查以及各项持续改进活动
10. 完成上级安排的其他工作

Job Description/Responsibility
1. Support the development and validation of electrical drive systems used across ENGEL machine platforms
2. Participate in testing and evaluation of servo motors, drive controllers, feedback systems and related drive components
3. Execute measurements, collect technical data and support the analysis of machine and drive performance
4. Prepare and document test results, technical evaluations and validation activities
5. Support component qualification, benchmarking and technical assessments of local suppliers
6. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of drive technology standards within the product portfolio
7. Collaborate closely with development teams, machine engineering, purchasing, quality management, production and service
8. Act as a local engineering interface between China and the global drive technology development team
9. Participate in technical reviews, investigations and continuous improvement activities
10. Other responsibilities assigned by superior

任职资格：

工作要求/标准
1. 工科相关学历，电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先
2. 有实习、课题项目或从业经验，熟悉电驱动、运动控制、工业设备者优先
3. 掌握电驱动系统、伺服技术、控制工程基础理论
4. 愿意从事整机级测试、验证以及技术问题排查工作
5. 熟练使用Office办公套件
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力
7. 能够接受出差，参与跨区域技术交流与协同工作
8. 较强的逻辑分析能力，处理技术工作思路有条理
9. 沟通主动顺畅，具备解决问题导向思维
10. 乐于学习，愿意在全球化研发环境中深耕电驱动专业能力
11. 责任心强、敬业，具备良好团队协作精神

Job Requirement
1. Completed technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
2. First experience through internships, university projects or professional work in electrical drives, motion control or industrial equipment is advantageous
3. Basic knowledge of electrical drive systems, servo technology and control engineering
4. Interest in testing, validation and technical problem solving on machine level
5. Confident user of MS Office applications
6. Good command of English (spoken and written)
7. Willingness to travel for technical exchange and collaboration with ENGEL colleagues
8. Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to technical tasks
9. Proactive and open communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
10. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise within electrical drive technology in a global engineering environment
11. With high responsibility and professional dedication, good team spirit
